I lacked concentration. I tried to work, but my gaze wandered to my iPhone. My hands checked Facebook, Instagram, and newspapers without my knowledge. Instead of writing, I saw another episode on Netflix. I wanted to focus, but I was an expert in divergence. My brain was in hibernate mode. I wanted to be productive, but I couldn’t get started.

Coffee brings me great joy. Every morning I have a cup of coffee in my beloved chair and set the intention for the day to come. I am enjoying some moments in silence and practice gratitude.
